Judoka Jack Yonezuka finished took a bronze medal at the 2022 Junior Worlds in Guayaquil in 2022 and silver in 2023 in Portugal. He captured the gold medal at the African Open in Tunis in 2023. Jack triumphed at the Pan American Open in Cordoba in 2023. Jack captured a gold medal at the Junior European Cup in Skopje in 2023. He claimed a bronze medal at tbe Oceania Open in Perth in 2023 and bronze at the Grand Prix Upper Austria in Linz in 2024. His father Nicolas was Olympian in 1980 and brother Nicolas Jr. competes in the IJF World Tour as well.
