Bulgarian judoka Ivaylo Ivanov took gold at the Grand Prix in Marrakech (2019) and the Grand Slam in Abu Dhabi (2015). He secured silver at the European U23 Championships in 2013 and 2015, alongside silver at the European Games in Minsk (2019) and Prague (2020). Ivanov boasted victories at the Grand Prix in Samsun and The Hague (2018), and a bronze at the IJF Judo Masters in Doha (2021). In 2022. He triumphed at the Grand Prix in Portugal (2023), along with bronze at GS Antalya and silver at the Grand Slam in Baku (2023, 2024). He finished second at the Grand Slam in Tashkent in 2024.
